A global career : "an evolving sequence of a person work experience over time when part of the sequence takes place in more than one country." (Dickman & Baruch, 2011)

     Career readiness is "the attainment and demonstration of requisite competencies that broadly prepare college graduates for a successful transition into the workplace."
